Admission requirements
Those eligible to apply for the 2nd cycle of studies include holders of a bachelor's degree or equivalent, holders of a foreign higher academic degree, and those with a relevant school, scientific, or professional curriculum, as described in the Portuguese Higher Education System, provided by NARIC (http://www.dges.mctes.pt/DGES/pt/Reconhecimento/NARICENIC/) and presented in section 8 of the Diploma Supplement.

Qualification requirements and regulations
120 ECTS Credits. 4 curricular semesters (2 years). 40 weeks of study (20 weeks per semester). 1620 Total Study Hours (27 Total Study Hours per ECTS Credit). Variable number of Contact Hours (classes) depending on the schedule established for each curricular unit. Includes Supervised Teaching Practice, with 44 ECTS credits, and integrates a professional teaching internship that is the subject of a final report.
The master's degree in Pedagogical Supervision and Innovation in Education falls within the area of ​​Education and Teacher Training, with its graduates specialized for the exercise of a professional activity, within the scope of the study program profile.
Holders of this title are qualified to teach Music Education in Basic Education (recruitment group 250) in accordance with Decree-Law No. 79/2014 of May 14.
